Shipment processing time
Listed above is our current estimated turn around. Since this is estimated, please allow up to 20 business days for your order to ship. We are a small business (only 2 of us) and it can change week to week. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Regarding late JULY/AUG ORDERS:
We're deeply sorry for the recent delays in getting your orders to you. We've hit some unexpected bumps in the road, but we're hustling to make things right.
The post office has been a bit tricky, with hundreds of packages being returned due to incorrect weight claims (which we have found 95% have been correct). We're working closely with them to sort this out. We also had a hiccup with our bottle supplier – a shipment of our bottles arrived damaged, and getting replacements has been a bit slow due to backorders.
Rest assured, our team is going all out to clear the backlog as quickly as possible. We're improving our processes and aiming to have everything back on track in the next 2 weeks. We know you have questions, and we're working as quickly as possible to personally respond to all emails.

If you need an order by a specific day, please leave us a note in the comments at check out, and we can accommodate. We do NOT offer cancellations or refunds for orders that are needed before noted processing times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you.
PLEASE NOTE that processing times do NOT include shipping times. Processing time is how long it takes to ship your order. Each item in our shop is created, labeled, packaged and shipped in house by only 2 people. Shipping times are estimated by the postal carriers.
You will get a tracking # emailed to you up to a week before your order is shipped. In order to pack and ship every order as quickly as possible, we process orders and print the labels in bulk before your order is even packed. On top of this, once your order has shipped, it can take up to 3 business days for your order to be scanned in at the post office. You will get a follow up email once your order is out for delivery.
USPS & UPS Shipping:
Average USPS delivery times are 2-5 business days for domestic orders. If you have an order that has been marked as delivered, please allow up to 2 business days for the package to show up, as there are times they will mark it as delivered before they have attempted delivery. If 2 days have passed and it still has not shown up, we recommend reaching out to your local PO to resolve as they will be able to get an answer you much quicker than we will be able to.
If your order is lost in transit, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can quickly come up with a solution.
Unfortunately, once your package is out of our hands, and in the hands of the post office, we have no control over it.
