Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to ship. The top of the website states what we are currently estimating at the moment for processing times. But please note that since we are a small business (only 2 of us) it CAN take up to 14 business days to ship. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

If you need an order by a specific day, please reach out to us AS SOON AS YOU CAN place your order, and we will see what we can do. We do NOT offer cancellations or refunds for orders that are needed before noted processing times.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you.

PLEASE NOTE that processing times do NOT include shipping times. Processing time is how long it takes to ship your order. Each item in our shop is created, labeled, packaged and shipped in house by only 2 people. Shipping times are estimated by the postal carriers.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do offer free shipping on orders of $75 or more.

Damaged Orders

Girl in the Graveyard will do it's best to package products so that they arrive safe and sound. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. This is why we offer we offer Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout for a very low cost. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you would like us to handle the damaged package, please contact us with photos of the package and damaged item(s). We will re-ship damaged items once the claim has been filed.
If your order arrives damaged and you did not purchase the protection, please contact the Post Office to see if they can help.

Lost Orders

Girl in the Graveyard is not liable for packages lost after they have been scanned in at the post office. This is why we offer we offer Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout for a very low cost. If your order has been scanned in and then lost, and you did not purchase the protection, please contact the Post Office to see if they can help.

If your package has been shipped, but it has not been scanned in, let us know right away! This usually means the package or shipping label was damaged, lost or stolen after being picked up from our office. If this is the case, we will reship your order while we work with the local post office to find the original order.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the continental US and Canada, due to a number of issues we've encountered with customs delays, lost packages, damaged packages and orders taking up to 2 months to be delivered. Customer is responsible for all import and Duty-based fees.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be put on hold until we are able to verify the address.

Girl in the Graveyard will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

Girl in the Graveyard is not liable for stolen packages. This is why we offer we offer Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout for a very low cost.

If your order was stolen, and you did not purchase protection, please contact us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
